Last Thursday, October 4, 2018 the WSE HOA, INC  Board sent a brown envelope to all members.  Included in the envelope are New Bylaws and CC&R’s, notice of a Special Membership Meeting to vote on the bylaws, notice of an open house prior to the meeting to discuss the new bylaws and cc&r’s and a proxy vote.  Please review this information, bring your questions or concerns to the Open House and vote for or against the new by-laws and cc&r’s.  If you feel that the by laws and or cc&r’s can not be supported, PLEASE let the board know why and how they can be improved.  Thank You.

It has been suggested that you sign up for Nextdoor Metzger Park  web site so that you can get all of the local news of what is happening in Tigard–from garage sales to City events, to theft alerts, to autos for sale, free kittens, etc–all at your own fingertips and you can screen what you want to see.

The next WSE HOA Board Meeting is Wednesday, September 19, 2018 at 6:30pm at Terry Crawfords home.  All Board Meetings are open to all members…Questions, Concerns  Let us know.   The board is working on the CC&Rs and By Laws and hope to present them to the members soon for comment.  Take care,   Dianne Kostur

The next WSE HOA Board Meeting will be at 6:30pm on Wednesday June 27, 2018 at Marilynn Wieneke’s home,  6755 SW Ventura Place.  There is still a vacancy on the board if anyone is interested in volunteering for the board.  Please leave any concerns or comments for the board here or contact a board member.  Thank you.   Remember that the board meetings are open to all members.
