A mailing was sent today to all members of WSEHOA, Inc. about the scheduled Continuation of the 2019 WSEHOA, Inc. Annual Meeting. The Continuation Meeting is scheduled for Tuesday, Feb 12, 2019 at 7pm at 9865 SW Ventura Ct. Hope to see you there! The mailing is in a white envelope with the WSEHOA , Inc stamp return address.

A Special Board Meeting of the WSE HOA, Inc Board will be held this Wednesday, Jan 23, 2019 to discuss and plan another Annual Meeting of the Membership. The only topic to be discussed is the Annual Meeting. It will be at 6:30 pm at Marilynn Wieneke’s home. Thank you. Remember all board meetings are open to all members, but this meeting will only discuss setting up the Annual Meeting.
We need three members to join the WSE HOA, Inc board. Please contact a current board member or leave a comment here. The board is also trying to plan another annual meeting and hoping to have a quorum so that the board can be elected and the budget discussed. More information to come when available. I think these are the correct cc&R’s. I shouldn’t do this while watching football, as I added the wrong copy. Thank you Dear Dolly for bringing that to my attention.
Sadly, the meeting Friday night had a very small turnout and nothing could take place as a result. 90 homeowners did not show up.

Because of the low turnout (we had no quorum) at Friday night’s annual meting of the WSEHOA,Inc we were not able to have a meeting or do any HOA business. That included not having elected a new Board for the Association. Two of the 2018 board carry over to 2019 (per By-law section 4.2); they are Marilyn Wieneke and Terry Crawford(me). That means we now have a Board of 2: that means a quorum of 1! This is not satisfactory. We need 3 homeowners to step up and become part of the 2019 Board so we can do the business that needs to be done on behalf of all the Washington Square Estates home owners. Contact me if you can serve the Association on the Board.
