Dear Homeowners: I would like to ask for volunteers to serve on the landscape committee.  We currently have three members, but it would be helpful to have more participants.  Please contact me at joanmorley@comcast.net.  Our goal is to improve/maintain the common areas in Washington Square Estates.

Contact information and committee commitments will follow our first official meeting, tentatively planned for Wednesday, March 13.  Look for a meeting agenda posted here approximately a week in advance.

The new WSE HOA, Inc Board, that was  elected at the Continuation of the Annual Meeting last night,  will be having its first planning meeting tonight, Wed. Feb 13. 2019.  The purpose of the meeting is to assign positions.  It will be at Marilynn Wieneke’s home, 6755 SW Ventura Place at 6:30pm.  Everyone is welcome.

The Continuation of the Annual Meeting will be held on Tuesday, February 12, 2019 at 7pm at 9865 SW Ventura Ct.  Please attend so that the business can be completed, ie board members elected and budget passed.  If you can not attend, you can send an absentee ballot and/ or proxy vote.  We still need three volunteers to serve on the board this year. Please consider participating on the board. Thank you and hope to see you there!

A mailing was sent today to all members of WSEHOA, Inc. about the scheduled Continuation of the 2019 WSEHOA, Inc. Annual Meeting.    The Continuation Meeting is scheduled for Tuesday, Feb 12, 2019 at 7pm at 9865 SW Ventura Ct.  Hope to see you there!   The mailing is in a white envelope with the WSEHOA , Inc stamp return address.

continuation meeting 2019 final

A Special Board Meeting of the WSE HOA, Inc Board will be held this Wednesday, Jan 23, 2019 to discuss and plan another Annual Meeting of the Membership.  The only topic to be discussed is the Annual Meeting.  It will be at 6:30 pm at Marilynn Wieneke’s home. Thank you.  Remember all board meetings are open to all members, but this meeting will only discuss setting up the Annual Meeting.

We need three members to join the WSE HOA, Inc board.  Please contact a current board member or leave a comment here.   The board is also trying to plan another annual meeting and hoping to have a quorum so that the board can be elected and the budget discussed.  More information to come when available.  The board normally meets 4 times a year unless there are emergency meetings necessary.  Thanks,  Dianne Kostur 2018 Communications
