Hi, first year in the neighborhood – do we just bring candy to the Halloween event if we are attending with our child? Not super clear on what will be happening but would like to participate!
Residents that want to participate gather at park, we form a line or circle for the kids to parade around and the adults hand out candy. It is low key and fun. Hope to see you there.
