  1. Good to know. But really, the Board should not anyway, UNTIL AFTER proper attempts were made to fix the problem in the neighborhood first.
MAYBE a complaint was filed in the City because of inaction on the Board’s part?

    1. Dolly, Did you register the complaint with the City Of Tigard on the North entrance? The Board has difficulty acting on complaints that are not presented to the board. FYI The HOA spent $800 to clean up the area. Signed, Dianne Kostur, NOT a board member, just a homeowner.

      1. The common grounds either needed maintenance or did not, how this was discovered would seem to be irrelevant. I am sure the Board of WSEHOA would respond the same way to any valid concern regarding the common grounds whatever the source. Diane should you be interested, I did NOT contact the city and furthermore do not care who did.

      2. Oh thanks for assuming that it was me, BUT YOU ARE MISTAKEN. Everyone who knows me by now knows I’m a very direct person. I’ve proven that time and time again. I’ve openly expressed all my opinions directly TO THE BOARD, and in public. I am not duplicitous

And yes, Dianne, you may be on break as a boardmember, but your micromanagement is still in place evidenced by the very fact that you’re the person who manages and administers this bulletin board.

  2. And by the way, saying “Thank You for letting me explain my concern, Dianne Kostur cdkostur@aol.com” on this site is a tad pretentious, considering you’re pretty much the only one who can originate a post in this medium.
    Please, just be real.

    1. All of the Board members have access to writing on this site. Thank you, Dolly for not being the one who complained.
