The WSE HOA lawn maintenance people finished pruning and hauling away the overgrown bushes. Hopefully, this will fulfill the city of Tigard complaint. Thank you to everyone who has expressed concern about this area. Together we can make the neighborhood better!

On June 10th, 2019 the WSE HOA Board held a special meeting to discuss how to deal with dead/hazardous trees. What was the outcome of the June 10th meeting?

For the record (that didn’t make the record) — the Board of 2017 had the very same trees as PRIORITY ONE for list of concerns because ALL THREE arborists who submitted estimates declared them deceased then. The list of TO DO’s were to be presented as an agenda item at the HISTORICAL annual general meeting, but we all know what happened there.
I’m just glad to know that nobody got hurt in the entire 2 years of knowing the trees were an issue, because the HOA would’ve been truly liable for negligence.
