Meeting Requirments for Notices
The above is the response from the WSE HOA, INC board in response to Dolly Specht’s comments under the Continuation of the Annual Meeting topic.
Please remember the Continuation of the Annual Meeting will be on Tuesday, Feb 12, 2019 at 7pm at the Kostur’s home 9865 SW Ventura Ct. ALL MEMBERS are welcomed to attend.

OK then, you DO realize that the previous notice for the General Meeting held last January 18th was a DAY SHORT of the required 15 days because they were not postmarked until January 4th.
As only the venue of the meeting is proposed to be changed and nothing else, it is clear that it is the INTENTION OF THE BOARD TO NOT BE INCLUSIVE.

if safety was the primary objective, I would’ve acquiesced respectfully. But we all know that’s not the truth.

AND one more thing: FOR THE RECORD, I offered to book the hall FOR FREE on January 25th, a full 18 days prior to the February 12th schedule — there would’ve been sufficient time to meet the MEETING NOTICES requirements.
Also good for everyone to understand: EMAIL notices/notifications have been LEGAL and ACCEPTABLE methods of official communication for years, per nationwide HOA laws. This is the reason why I was very diligent in getting e-addresses from all members, as this would effectively save $$ in postage and printing.
