  1. Yes, Joan — that was extremely disappointing. I wonder where the MAJORITY voters were?

Learning now that the Board did a door-to-door solicitation to gain their majority votes, I would’ve hoped they also got the same support for nominations, just like the attempt that was made last year when the 2018 leaders came to the meeting with their roster and ballots.

      1. John, I received copies, and I’ve uploaded them on the yahoogroups site. There was a sign-up sheet available during the discussion gathering (it was not a meeting) last Friday, and it seems like only those who signed up were sent copies by Terry Crawford. He did, however, suggest that anyone else who would like copies are free to get them from Washington County.

    1. And since we did not have a quorum, no business could be transacted and no new board members could be elected. We now have a board of 2 people when we should have 5. That means that unless 3 people step forward, our 2 person board will have to manage the board business on behalf of all the homeowners. It also means we have a quorum on the board of 1. That concerns me deeply as one of those 2 members for 2019. Our homeowners need to step up and support the Association.
