I’m still waiting for ANY reply to my query last May:
Its been very quiet in our neighborhood. Are there any updates on the following?
a) Any summer social activities? Garage sale?
b) Board member replacement? There was an announcement that someone stepped down, and they asked for any volunteers, then that was that.
c) Last I noted, they also were asking for volunteers to work on the bylaws, and then nothing further…don’t you just address the very issues/items that were unacceptable and go from there? Or is there a complete revamping going on again? This is the longest bylaws work I’ve ever encountered….three years and counting….
d) April 24th was the last Board Meeting, and no MINUTES have been shared. When someone asked, the response was that it was to be shared at the NEXT board meeting, which is when?
Dear Board — since the new website does not allow for fresh inquiries, outside of response comments to postings, it doesn’t make it convenient for neighbors to be curious or participative.
Please advise.
