Washington Square Estates 
a) what are landscaping plans, now that the previous vendor has been let go?
b) will a roster/directory be distributed?
c) when/if barkdusting is planned for, is it possible to canvass the rest of the neighborhood to see if we can get a bargain?
d) what’s the status with hiring a legal firm to finish the bylaws? and what’s the plan for updating the CC&Rs?
e) will there be a garage sale this year?
