HOA dues are mandatory and are due annually. Dues are currently $120 per tax lot per year. Dues are used to maintain the common areas of the property, as well as, pay for insurance, and incidental costs for running the HOA.

- Use our Stripe online payment portal to pay by debit or credit card. A $4 processing fee is added to the annual dues. The form is set at $124 for the current year’s dues. Please adjust the amount if needed to include past dues. Email us if you have any questions.

Donations
Donations help the HOA provide services to our members. These services help the HOA afford projects above and beyond what is covered by dues. Some of the projects include upgraded landscaping materials, social events, and proactive tree maintenance. Thank you!
