HOA dues are mandatory and are due annually. Dues are currently $120 per tax lot per year. Dues are used to maintain the common areas of the property, as well as, pay for insurance, and incidental costs for running the HOA.
Dues can be paid in 2 ways.
- 1. Mail payment to the HOA at the following address:

- 2. Use our online payment portal to pay by debit or credit card. A $4 fee is added to the annual dues to cover the processing fees. The form is set at $124 for the current year’s dues. Please contact us if you need to enter a different amount.

Additional Donations
Donations help the HOA provide services to our members. These services help the HOA afford projects above and beyond what is covered by dues. Some of the projects include upgraded landscaping materials, social events, and proactive tree maintenance.
