2024-08-06 HOA BOARD MEETING MINUTES

Present: Joel, Kimberlee, Dolly, Catie

Agenda:Joel: Letter from neighbor re: parking; sending out letter re: directory; stairs; 

Discussion

Joel: shared the letter from the neighbor regarding parking; he will follow up with a phone call

Joel: will type up letter for directory info;

Catie will set up mailchimp so we can use mail merge to send to HOA members

Joel: stairs: could we have a work party? Do we have some money in the budget to help?Quotes received from contractors could be anywhere from 10k-30k; Joel will pick a date in October to organize a work party for the stairs; we can promote during the Ice Cream Social in September

Dolly: delinquent dues; address list; we have about 4 addresses that are not accurate or there is no response; Catie is willing to follow up on those addresses (renters?); discussion around whether it is worth pursuing liens;

Dolly: found an event space we can use near Landmark Ford for our January meeting; U&I cafe

Dolly: shared financial reports; end of July balance $8360.24
