Board Attendance by Zoom: Mackenzie Hart, David Lukowski, Jennifer Kray

  1. Meeting was called to order, and the roll call was taken (board member
    Joan Morley was unable to participate).
  2. Minutes of the previous meeting of February 3, 2020 were read and
    approved. A motion to remove Marilyn Weineke’s name from the record
    was approved.
  3. Reports from Officers: MacKenzie Hart gave the bank balance as
    $7778.47.
  4. Old Business: Tree cutting on lot #43 and HOA property: Inspection was
    performed by Clean Water Services. City of Tigard issued the cut permit
    (introduced into Record). The fee for removal from Mike’s Tree Service
    was $1,500. The HOA will not incur a cost for the service, as it was
    covered by the owner of lot #43.
    Chip Drop for north entrance: Several attempts were made by the Chair
    to contact PGE about chip drop for the north entrance but PGE did not
    return any calls. Chair has contacted Mike from Mike’s Tree Service.
    Upon approval Mike could begin dumping chips on the north entrance.
    Before this happens, the board will need to reach out to Dario or
    otherwise arrange for labor to have the chips spread. The board will do a
    walk-through with Dario about maintenace contract (motion, seconded,
    agreed), and update contract with lot numbers.
  5. New Business: WSE sign at the south entrance has been removed and
    stored at 6690 SW Ventura Drive. It was removed as a precaution
    because of forthcoming water maintenance at the site. Stairs between

Ventura Drive and Ventura Court are in need of repair. David Lukowski
has temporarily fixed the issue by adding longer screws to the stair
material. However, some of the materials estimated to be $100 to $150.
(Get estimate on concrete step replacements). Common property
between lots 49 and 50 will be cleared of blackberries at lot 49’s (Kray)
expense. The board approves the proposed work. MacKenzie received
an email about movers from 7045 Ventura Drive requesting permission to
install stairs and a new driveway. (They do not need permission from the
HOA for the requested improvements).
