- Asked about progress with the City work on the Stairs between ventura dr and ventura place. David Mentioned he talked to the city planning office and the results were that in order to have the work performed by the City, then the HOA would need to relinquish the property to the city.
- Asked about adding a locked mailbox in the culdesac to use vs. the PO Box; there is a legal address by the park; Mac asked about cost upfront; Dolly said it would save on the PO box costs

- Asked questions about budget: income less than outgoing; Mac discussed reserves (legal & tree reserves) and donations; what is the balance? Mac said about $7000, checks still coming in; was there a carry over? How did you get the extra $300 that was spent? Mac said from the reserves. $9888 from assessments, 193 from donations; we get 20-30% late; Mac explained how legal reserve is managed – it is budgeted but has not been used; the tree reserve was used plus some
