  • Reading of Minutes from April 14th –  Meeting Minutes Approved 
  • Reports from Officers
    • David
      • Paving of Ventura Dr, Cul-Du-Sac – Request made with city of Tigard – After request was made the condition of the street was updated from Very Poor to Poor
      • Paving of Ventura Pl – Request made with city of Tigard. – Same as above
      • Crosswalk Ventua Dr stairs – Request made with the city of Tigard. – 
      • Looked at city ordinances about the fallen fence at the path. Ordinances cover right’s of property owners and public right of way.  Since, the Ventura Dr path is private (HOA owned) and not a public right of way.  The city would not be involved and it would be on the HOA to work with the owner.
    • Mackenzie
      • We have collected all but 18 household dues.
      • Also collected $179 in donations
      • Currently we have $7029.52
      • Provided Letters from Terry.
  • Jen
    • Had Black berries removed on the property next door which is partly HOA property.  Paid $1600 for the entire area.  HOA should provide funds for part of this service performed.
    • Ask Dario about coming and clearing the area next to Jen’s house.
  • Kimberlee
    • Received old notes from Joan.  
      • Needs to know how far back we should keep records
      • Found a set of unknown keys probably the HOA PO BOX.
  • Old Business
    • From Board Members
    • Jen: Blackberries removed from HOA property and partially from empty lot 
      • HOA needs to reimburse.
    • Yard Maintenance will need to include keeping the path clear and off property of 9835
      • Mackenzie will talk to Dario about adding it to maintenance.
    • Voter approval needed to plant on pathway / permits may be needed
      • Jen looked into city permission for planting, and found no permissions needed to plant a tree..
  • New Business
    • Tree on HOA property between 9880 and 9890 Ventura Ct.
      • Mike Bid on Trimming the tree is $875
      • Jen will get a bid on the tree from Arborscape.
    • Electronic means of paying.
      • Paypal Account
      • Hooking up payment from website.
      •  – Board approved paying for a website that can provided these.
    • Account for Kimberlee on website – David Will provide.
    • Account for Jen on website – David Will Provide.
    • Update of website and electronic payment acceptance.
    • Open Floor to Homeowners for new business.
      • Jen
        • Requesting permission to plant Leland Cypress trees on HOA property
          • 6 to 10 trees with mulch
        • Reimbursement for Cleanup on HOA Property.
        • Will measure and cut check.
