Hello Neighbors,

I hope everyone had a great summer and was able to stay cool and healthy. We are having our first in person board meeting this Sunday September 26th at Cougar Woods Park.

    • Paving of Ventura Dr, Cul-Du-Sac – Request made with city of Tigard
    • Paving of Ventura Pl – Request made with city of Tigard.
    • Crosswalk Ventua Dr stairs – Request made with the city of Tigard.
    • Looked at city ordinances about the fallen fence at the path. Ordinances cover right’s of property owners and public right of way.  Since, the Ventura Dr path is private (HOA owned) and not a public right of way.  The city would not be involved and it would be on the HOA to work with the owner.

  • From Board Members
  • Jen: Blackberries removed from HOA property and partially from empty lot 
  • Yard Maintenance will need to include keeping the path clear and off property of 9835
  • Voter approval needed to plant on pathway / permits may be needed
  • Open the floor for new business from owners.

  • Open Floor to Homeowners for new business.
