Does this proxy form need a date of the signature, or is it enough that the meeting date is specified and continuation meeting referenced? Just want to cover the bases. Joan Morley

Just trying to clarify that the signature needs a date as to when it is signed. Please check 2017ORS94.660 (2)(A) Must be dated and signed by owner and (B)is not valid if is undated. Thank you, Dianne Kostur, Just a homeowner.
