In order to conduct the mandatory business of the HOA, we are required to meet together in Jan, within 30 days of the end of the year to vote for an annual budget, elect board members for the following year, and make suggestions for projects, and comment on issues and concerns.
Washington Square Estates 
I would not be able to attend an afternoon meeting unless I took off from work. Not an option.

ALSO REMEMBER that Metzger Park HALL IS FREE to WSEHA. I didn’t pay anything in 2018.
The Board claimed that there was a charge for hall use in 2019 so they brought it back to the Kostur Residence.
There is no charge for WSEHA as a non-profit and also because we pay a relevant fee in our property taxes. There is a REFUNDABLE security and cleaning deposit, that’s all.
I informed the Board that, so I hope you arranged for a refund of any fee that you paid.

Dolly , The name of the Homeowners Association is WSEHOA. It is registered with the state as Washington Square Estates Home Owners Association, therefore WSEHOA. Your name is listed on the incorporation documents that lists the name as stated above. Thank you for your concern. Dianne Kostur
