This special meeting is called to develop a policy for the board to use to handle all dead tree issues in WSE.
We will meet on Monday, June 10, at 6:30 pm at Wieneke’s home to discuss one topic only:
Dead trees in WSE and the procedures required to take care of them.
This is an open meeting.

Two local arborist have the same strong words for all of us:
“WATER YOUR TREES”

The June 10 board meeting did not have the required quorum of board members attending – therefore, good discussions no decisions were made. This could be a great discussion topic for the annual meeting.

For the record (that didn’t make the record) — the Board of 2017 had the very same trees as PRIORITY ONE for list of concerns because ALL THREE arborists who submitted estimates declared them deceased then. The list of TO DO’s were to be presented as an agenda item at the HISTORICAL annual general meeting, but we all know what happened there.
I’m just glad to know that nobody got hurt in the entire almost 2 years of knowing the trees were an issue, because the HOA would’ve been truly liable for negligence.

Does that mean that in the meantime, the trees will be left to fend for themselves, and the Board will just let nature take it’s course, so to speak?
