The Continuation of the Annual Meeting will be held on Tuesday, February 12, 2019 at 7pm at 9865 SW Ventura Ct. Please attend so that the business can be completed, ie board members elected and budget passed. If you can not attend, you can send an absentee ballot and/ or proxy vote. We still need three volunteers to serve on the board this year. Please consider participating on the board. Thank you and hope to see you there!
Washington Square Estates 
Since it was made very clear that the offer for the FREE USE of Metzger Hall again was refused by the Board, the meeting (NOT “continuation”, as there was NO meeting due to lack of quorum that occurred the first time in January) was still held at the Kosturs.
For obvious reasons, however much I had wanted to participate, I was technically prevented from doing so. I’m saying this FOR THE RECORD.
I still would like to see the MINUTES of last night’s meeting, and hopefully in less than three months.

Technically per the By-Laws, the board follows Robert’s Rules of Order. Therefore the Minutes will be posted when they have been approved. Thank You for your interest.
