A mailing was sent today to all members of WSEHOA, Inc. about the scheduled Continuation of the 2019 WSEHOA, Inc. Annual Meeting. The Continuation Meeting is scheduled for Tuesday, Feb 12, 2019 at 7pm at 9865 SW Ventura Ct. Hope to see you there! The mailing is in a white envelope with the WSEHOA , Inc stamp return address.
The notice contains information about how and why the meeting is scheduled. Hope to see everyone there to elect board members and adopt a budget. Thank you, Dianne Kostur

May I ask why this is not scheduled to be held back at the Patricia D. Whiting Hall, a neutral community place that is available to our HOA for free?
Last year, there was an offer for carpooling — I suggest that be done again this year.
ALSO, you technically cannot call this a “continuation” as an official meeting was not convened due to lack of quorum. This is simply a RESCHEDULED attempt at the Annual General Meeting.
I will just say it because it is evident and obvious. I, for one, as interested and committed as I am in participating in the dialogue, am not willing to step foot at the Kostur’s.
If the Board wants to be INCLUSIVE, it is best that a non-residence venue be selected for the meeting.

I concur with Dolly, our fellow WSE homeowner, that a private home is not the proper venue for a meeting of this nature. Please reconsider this decision with the thought of finding a suitable and neutral space for the meeting.

I reserved the Metzger Park venue again AT NO CHARGE, and I have announced such. I have not received word from the Board for yea or nay. If I do not hear from them by this Thursday, February 7th, then I will cancel that reservation, and assume that my help nor attendance is not welcome.
