the footnote on this says edited at Special Meeting on 10/15/18, but the lawyer notes that I saw from the document of legal review sent to me by Terry Crawford, the lawyer dates were 10/23 & 10/24. Do I assume that the Board edited FIRST what was mailed out to EVERYONE, then applied the legal notes AFTER, AND THEN file final revised version with the County?
