Was there a quorum on the 25th? Were enough ballots returned?

Only 33 ballots were turned in or mailed. 55 were needed to pass/fail the proposal. Therefore, not passed. The board took the suggestions of those in attendance re the CCR’s and the recommendations of the attorney who reviewed the by-laws (cosmetic changes of no substance but clarifying…remove citations of Tigard ordinances since they may change over time and we don’t want them locked into the by-laws) The board also decided to take these enhanced documents back out to the members with a door-to-door signature effort to ensure enough votes.\Terry Crawford, Secretary of WSEHOA Inc Board.
