The open house to discuss the CC&R’s and By-Laws happened today, and no one attended. The Special Meeting to vote is Thursday. Please bring your ballot or send it with a friend. We will need 55 votes to approve the changes. Thank you to those who have mailed in their ballots. Thank you and see you Thursday.

I STRONGLY SUGGEST that this be more thought out…getting a vote this Thursday would be irresponsible, to say the least, considering how NOBODY attended the informational meeting last night, and the Board has not verified that the new proposals were LEGALLY VETTED. Maybe host another town forum, with professional/legal guests (I’m informed that we can invite experts) to help answer inquiries, if any. AND, hold the meeting in a “neutral” venue — I suggest Metzger Hall again, as there is no charge to use for our HOA.
Aside from another scheduling conflict, I can honestly admit that I didn’t attend because I am not comfortable in the host house.

Dolly, I am sorry that you are not comfortable in my home. You attended the board meeting there when you were on the board with me. My other question is how did you reserve Metzger Hall for free when they are charging the HOA $300.00 to use the facility this year? Thanks and hope to see you at the annual meeting. Dianne Kostur
