All of the feedback, comments, suggestions and concerns about the proposed By Laws and the CC&R’s are great. Hopefully at the end of this time, we will be able to have by laws and cc&r’s that are appropriate for our association. Remember there is an Open House to discuss these proposals from 1-4 and 6-8pm on Monday, Oct 22, 2018 at the Kostur’s home, 9865 SW Ventura Ct. There will also be a ballot box for ballots. The special meeting to vote on the by laws and cc&r’s will be on Thursday Oct 25, 2018 at 6:30pm at the Kostur’s home. Thank you.
